{crafting projects} the frame

I've always loved those cute frames in stores with the big bow on top, themed however you like them. I just can't ever afford them. So, a great friend of mine is getting married soon, so I decided to combine my crafty skillz with my design expertise! This is what I came up with. What do you think?
