hello all! can i get an amen for christmas break?? Oh my, did I need that. Lots of coffee, relaxing, reading magazines, and lounging on the couch. I feel SO much better and ready to tackle the new year! We enjoyed a great snow the day after christmas, fun times in it and a great time with our families. Pics of those to come on tomorrows post!
For now... I'd like to show you some shots I took of our wedding rings with my new macro lens, and ring light flash. Man, does this open tons of doors! How awesome is this! I know many of them may look similar, but pay attention to the lighting... this flash has many features! I'm in love.
this photo below was without my ringlight flash... nice that it pulls in a lot of the background colors and softens up the photos. i love both options.
back to the ringlight flash...
lastly... playing with the depth of field and the possibilities... notice my entire camera in my husbands eye... wow. the depth! notice the slight amount of eyelashes... and how they fade into the distance...
amazed with the possibilities of what this new lens can do! excited about my shoot today with a family of 8! photos to come soon!
